My Approach: Assisting you in achieving your goals through the utilization of non-therapeutic hypnotism and instruction in self-hypnosis. Hypnosis is a heightened state of awareness. When in hypnosis, you’re in a profoundly relaxed state and focused mindset. You are not asleep. The subconscious mind will accept beneficial suggestions provided while in hypnosis, pertaining to what the individual wants to resolve.

It is an effective tool for utilizing the powerful resources of the subconscious mind for self-healing. While in hypnosis, you have total control the entire time. You remain aware of your surroundings and will remember what is said during the session. Prior to the session, self-hypnosis and a relaxation technique are taught. Group and private sessions available.
