My Approach: Assisting you in achieving your goals through the utilization of non-therapeutic hypnotism and instruction in self-hypnosis. Hypnosis is a heightened state of awareness. When in hypnosis, you’re in a profoundly relaxed state and focused mindset. You are not asleep. The subconscious mind will accept beneficial suggestions provided while in hypnosis, pertaining to what the individual wants to resolve.

A safe, relaxing process, hypnosis has a history extending over 200 years. The British Medical Association (BMA) approved hypnosis as a viable therapeutic tool in 1958. The American Medical Association (AMA) and the American Psychological Association (APA) also approved its use as a mode of treatment that same year.

It is an effective tool for utilizing the powerful resources of the subconscious mind for self-healing. While in hypnosis, you have total control the entire time. You remain aware of your surroundings and will remember what is said during the session. Prior to the session, self-hypnosis and a relaxation technique are taught. Group and private sessions available.
